📄️Publish a version's captured transcript

Push the stored transcript for a version to the production tracking system as a single custom-entity row. Idempotent via body_hash. Requires `DNA_ENABLE_TRANSCRIPT_PUBLISH=true` on the backend (404 otherwise) and a meeting linked to the playlist via its metadata.

📄️List a playlist's published transcripts

Transcript rows already pushed to the production tracking system for this playlist, with their names. Empty when none were published.

📄️Dispatch a bot to a meeting

Start a transcription bot that joins the specified meeting. Zoom requires `meeting_url`; a passcode is only honoured as the link's `pwd` parameter.

📄️Stop a transcription bot

Stop a transcription bot that is currently in a meeting.

Get the current status of a transcription bot.

📄️Extension transcription handshake

Handshake/availability probe for the DNA browser extension. Returns 404 when extension transcription is disabled.
